We are currently NOT taking new clients until June due to a full warehouse of inventory. We are planning to open our downtown Sebastopol Warehouse every Thursday, Friday and Saturday and possibly Sunday. We will announce the date here as to when this will begin.

We Specialize in Historic Estates such as Hollywood Film Producer/Director Thomas H. Ince, Dick Propert founder of Avalon Air Transport based on Catalina Island and Sonoma’s own David Pleydell-Bouverie, English Aristocrat and Architect. We can help liquidate the smallest of estates to large farms with barns, outbuildings and vehicles. Every consolation that we attend allows us to think outside of the box and present to our clients a different way of helping liquidate an estate.
Our passion is to preserve history. We do not see ourselves as only Liquidators but as Historians. We have recently started recording our Podcast “The Secondhand Market Report” where we discuss what’s in the news, information for buyers, sellers and collectors, the day and the life of a Liquidator and we will feature interviews. We are starting to become settled in our second warehouse location in the town of Graton. From this warehouse we will have the ability to offer a lot more consignment options, run online auctions, have the ability to store more estates at one time - which means helping more clients. In 2024 we will have a Grand Opening with a large clearance sale. We have launched our first auction featuring vintage art and paintings. We have a lot to look forward to in 2024.

Estate Liquidation
We offer full Onsite Estate Liquidation. We spend 1-2 weeks preparing the home by staging, pricing, researching and selling all items in the home, garage and garden. We follow up with a complete cleanout of the home and leave it broom clean and real estate ready.
BuyOut Services
We submit a written bid to purchase the agreed upon contents of your home or business based on current market values. Our formula ensures a fair value while having the convenience of the house or business being emptied in a timely and least disruptive fashion.
Auction
We are now offering online auction opportunities combined with our off-site estate sales at our Showroom in Sebastopol. Specialty and rare items can now be auctioned off with a national audience offering a better opportunity to sell your items for top dollar.
