Estate Liquidation
We offer full-service onsite Estate Liquidation designed to be transparent, environmentally responsible, and fully all-inclusive.
We spend 1–2 weeks preparing the home by sorting, staging, pricing, and researching every item.
Our team runs 3-day estate sales, 9AM–4PM, providing some of the longest and most successful shopping hours in the North Bay.
Clean-out is always included for full-service sales — no added labor, haul-away, or trash fees.
Your property is left broom clean and real-estate ready.
BuyOut Services
A fast and efficient option when time, logistics, or HOA restrictions prevent an onsite sale.
We provide a free appraisal, photograph the contents, and submit a written bid based on current market values.
Our simple formula provides a fair, easy-to-understand offer that prioritizes convenience and minimal disruption.
Buyouts are ideal for homes needing quick emptying, lower-value estates, storage units, and situations where a public sale isn’t possible.
Donation Service
We offer a donation PICK-UP for smaller household items, clothing, books, décor, linens, holiday items (year-round), cleaners, and unused cosmetics.
Because space is limited, we accept furniture selectively.
We donate responsibly to local organizations and recycle whatever we can — keeping items out of landfill whenever possible.
Consignment
For high-value antiques, collectibles, and specialty items, we offer consignment through our trusted network of experts, collectors, and vetted dealers.
Our Channels to Market include online marketplaces, auction houses, our retail antique space, and our private showroom.
WhatNot Live Auction
A fast-moving wholesale option for estates with large volumes of smalls, collectibles, jewelry, or mixed household items.
We sort, photograph, catalog, run the live shows, handle invoicing, and ship everything — all included in our fees.
Vehicles
We have years of experience selling every category of vehicle including vintage cars, motorcycles, RVs, contemporary vehicles, trailers, and boats.
We can handle appraisal, marketing, buyer appointments, paperwork, and transfer coordination.
